F22B to H22A4 swap questions

Alright, so I bought a 1994 Honda Prelude with a F22B motor, we took it out and dropped in a 1998 H22A4. Now when I bought the motor the guy did not give me headers, ECU, or anything but the motor with a F22B tranny. I would like to know what all I'm going need to do as far as wiring, and parts thats gonna need to be bought. I already got headers and everything taking care off. Its the part of do I need a OBD2 ECU, OBD1 ECU, ect. I would greatly appreciate your help being that all the mechanics down here are retarded, and have no clue the difference in the motors or wiring at all. It is a 5 speed.

Re: F22B to H22A4 swap questions

My suggestion would be to get a P28 and have it chipped and programmed to run your engine. I currently have a P13 to run my H22a and I hate it. It's not a terrible ECU but you cant ever get it chipped. So instead of wasting your money on an ECU to just get it running, get the P28 chipped/programmed.
I'm not sure about your wiring harness, that you'll have to check with an engine swap shop. Theres a few good ones here in Seattle if you want to call them just message me and I'll get you the phone number or email. Theyre really helpful here at Fluid MotorSports.

Re: F22B to H22A4 swap questions

Well buying a chipped ECU would increase the rev limit/vtec engaging would it not. Which would put a strain on the engine would it not?
