EGR clean...should i remove ???TKS

I will be cleaning my egr ports and was wondering if I would be able to service it better if i was to remove it from block? I have all the time in the world.Would i be able to do a much better job if removed or does it not matter? I have searched........thanks in advance

EGR ports ...welded plugs?

yes i remember you ...............you explained how to clean the ports. If you read my original post you might notice that i was asking about the welds and not how to clean them.............. but thanks jr
