Re: WTF? CAR STILL ACTING UP

Is your clutch's hydraulic system working right? Perhaps its something electrical if it still does it after replacing the whole drivetrain..

I replaced the throwout bearing too. Clutch engages fine.

Re: WTF? CAR STILL ACTING UP

Did you change the clutch fork when you changed transmissions? Has your flywheels been resurfaced maybe ground too thin? Is it the same pressure plate maybe it's bad.

Re: WTF? CAR STILL ACTING UP

Strange. Is it possible it actuall isn't going into gear? Shift cable loose or stretched? I took a quick look @ the manual and saw no instructions for adjustments. I'm sure that doesn't help, but your right this is weird. If you had a shift cable prob maybe it wouldn't be pushing or pulling transmissing full into gear. Taht's the only thing I can come up with off the top of my head from what you have described.
