New guy here

Hey guys, I'm Cody. I just bought a 92' SI in pretty rough shape with 130k on it and am in the process of putting her back together. Its an H23, which I'm sure you already knew, and 5 speed. This is my first prelude, actuality first Honda. Last car like this was a 95' Ford Probe with the klze swap and 5 speed with basic mods. I have a 5th gen glass roof on its way here as we speak and the 5th gen 5 lug also. Next step is fixing the 5" rust holes in each quarter panel and purchasing a sleek Andys auto sport body kit and throwing on new factory red paint. Surprisingly the engine runs like a charm, but I did get the car from an older couple so as expected the engine and interior are like new. Lets have some fun and see what I can do with it, no H22;)

Re: New guy here

You started good with the 5th gen glass moon roof and 5 lugs, but I hate seeing lovely fourth gens in ricey dress. Its like a sexy shapely woman wearing baggy clothes and too much makeup. *facepalm

Get your 5 lugs on, get a good suspension and wheel setup, get your ride stance set and if you still feel the need to bastardize the Prelude's lines.. i dont get it. lol

Its your ride though, do with it what you will. Ill provide some stock loweredness for motivation. :)

Re: New guy here

This its the kit Andy's Auto Sport Combat Body Kit - FULL KIT for 92-96 Honda Prelude at Andy's Auto Sport I'm only getting the front and sides on that and the rear bumper is gonna be this Sarona Body Kit - Full Kit for 92-96 Honda Prelude at Andy's Auto Sport I think its pretty nice IMO. I've still been looking for some 17's to complete the wheels though.

Re: New guy here

I stand by my previous contribution.

Also, the 'sarona' kit is a blatant Wings West rip off.

Re: New guy here

Cleanest rear is already on the car assuming its a stock rear bumper. The part you want for the rear is a valence that attaches to the underside of the stock bumper.
