Running cold!?!

So I installed a new mishimoto radiator and fans. I also hooked the fans up to a switch, when the car is running with the fans on it only gets to 80-120 degrees.
QUESTION: Are there any negatives to running to cold??

Re: Running cold!?!

Well, in theory, your car might not go into closed loop operation, which might keep certain readiness codes from getting set. Obviously, your heat might not function the best, but I don't know where you live at, or if that's really a concern to you. They may be other issues, but I'm too tired to think straight.
I do know your thermostat only starts to open when your coolant gets to 169-176 degrees.
Your car will always be trying to warm up, and run a bit richer. So your fuel economy is probably going to go down.
Someone more intelligent then myself needs to weight in here...
