engine swap question (california smog requirements)

Alright. I'm going to trade my b20 integra for this awesome Si. it has 200,000 miles on it so I would have to swap a new engine sooner or later but heres my question:

If I through in a f20b in an auto Si with the f series auto ecu and harness would it pass the obd1 monitors in a smog test?
