Need help with fog light installation...

94' Prelude Si
well I just got my fogs and HID's in the mail and I got the HIDs in without any complication but have been stomped with installing the foggies...I'm pretty sure where it goes but not sure how that whole assembly piece is fitted in the bumper, I also have a 30A power relay that I have no idea what to do with and I checked both fuse boxes...so far I have done nothing but plug the harness up, any help would be greatly appreciated : )

I finally got around to installing the fogs this morning...well the actual installation went perfect, but there's one problem...they won't come on, I'm pretty sure I used the right harness for the relay {R/Y R/Y R/G, etc.} and the harnesses on the actual fog lights are also hooked up...I turned on my lo's and they still won't come on, any advice?!?

the fogs have bulbs, so I guess the onli thing left to do is check the fuse...disconnecting the negative battery cable shouldn't make a difference right?

wow, realli helpful i appreciate everything...i don't have the switch so i used the paper clip trick and finally got them on but i was just driving a little while ago with them on and it started smelling like I had been doing burnouts...I checked both lights and they were fine but there is still a strong smell of burnt rubber...oh I plan on buying the switch as soon as I can find one

man, u've been nothing but help to me...appreciate everything, installation went perfect...well about the switch, money isn't looking too great to be spending what I've seen the switches running on ebay for, but if you give me a good offer I'll probably get it...I can do paypal and have the money in your account the same day...the switch would be convenient to have, so let me know what's up with that...thanx
