so my car has been acting up, and i thought maybe it was distributer cap that was causing the problems. so today i took it a part and to my suprise it was the reason behind the engine problem...... the rotor had broke apart and destroyed the inside of the cap.... just my luck

the mechanic doesn't know how pull out the rotor, he just broke it. he must pull the distributor assembly out so that he can see the screw at the bottom

well at least its a relatively cheap fix, if you tell yourself over and over again that you were needing a tune up anyway it won't seem as bad lol

Don't feel bad I had to have my car towed 20 miles home just to find the screw fell out of the rotor and the rotor was just laying in there lol
