"Small light" fuse keeps blowing + some other stuff

I'm in middle of a nasty problem. I put some EL gauges from an USDM Prelude S to my 1993 EDM 2.0i S model using the other dash harness. After it the fuse that controls (at least) parking lights keeps blowing when I turn on the car and then turn on the driving lights! I can't think of what's causing the problem. The fuse just blows with a big bang from the under-the-hood fuse box when I turn the headlights on. If the car's not running, the lights are fine with and without headlights, and they're fine with car running without any other lights...

Anything you can think of would help me a lot, I'm not even sure which components the "small light" fuse affects besides the parking lights.
At least the dash components light up properly? I thought these were on the same fuse. Where should I start looking for any mis-wirings or something?

Oh, and some other things too. I don't know if they're related to this problem.

I have the rear foglight switch near the sunroof switch. There is a plug that fits in it and is the same colour than the old harness' plug. However, the fog light doesn't light up. At one point, the green light on the switch lighted up, but the red one didn't. At the moment nothing happens when pressed. And the bulb was working correctly

Now for another thing. I know that without changing the dimmer module, the dimming switch shouldn't work, and it doesn't. I'm just curious if it's normal that after putting the new harness, the fuel/temp gauge doesn't dim when lights are turned on? It did do this before. It's actually better this way, but just asking.

There may be something I forgot to tell since I'm pretty fed up with these problems already . I'm sure somebody can trace down the place of the error from what I've written.

If you know anything that might help me, do tell! I would appreciate any information, whether it's solving any problems or not... I don't like the idea of taking the harness out for checking it, but if it's the only way then it has to be done...
