White/Blueish Smoke

just bought my 95 lude and it started blowing smoke from the exhaust ie had a couple people mention what they thought it was. One person said head gasket the other said oil gasket (wasnt sure if he met the oil pan gasket or not?) and the other was cam seals. Whats the pricing on those items and how hard is it to DIY??
