Need Help Installing Head Unit

My 95 prelude's stereo was stolen a couple weeks ago so I bought a new cheap one but know nothing about cars or how to install stuff like this. The problem i ran into is probably a noob question but I want to make sure. So after researching i think the thing I'm looking for is called a wire harness adapter but I want to make sure I get the right one and hopefully the cheapest too. So the wires hanging out of my car looks like this:

the problem is that this is how the back of the head unit looks:

The head unit came with these wires but they don't fit anything:

I don't want to wire anything so after researching on google for a couple of days I came across these adapters. Will they fit? And is this even what I'm looking for?
Amazon.com: Metra 70-1720 Radio Wiring Harness For Honda/Acura 86-98 Power 4 Speaker: Electronics

Amazon.com: Stereo Wire Harness Honda Prelude 92 93 94 95 96 (car radio wiring installation parts): Electronics

HONDA STEREO INSTALL WIRE HARNESS PLUG HWH-804 HWH804 - eBay (item 400183941408 end time Feb-25-11 21:14:24 PST)

Also, do I need to buy something like this?
Amazon.com: Metra 99-7892 Dash Kit For Honda 90-98/Acura 90-01: Electronics

Or would it be best to just buy something like this?
Stereo Radio install Mount Dash Kit +Wire Harness Plug - eBay (item 220720693532 end time Feb-05-11 07:47:09 PST)

Also, just for reference, the head unit I bought was this one:
Amazon.com: VR3 VR500CS-BT CD Car Stereo with Bluetooth: Automotive

Thanks a lot and sorry if I'm asking such noob questions but I can't exactly afford to have a pro do it for me.

Re: Need Help Installing Head Unit

welcome

if you go to your local car audio shop with your new head unit, chances are they guy behind the counter will know exactly what u need and know right where to find it.

the cheapest way to make the unit work is to cut and splice(colour to colour) but alot of times you make more of a hassel then its really worth.

what kind of unit is it? most decks will have a specifc name to them

example. my unit is a Kenwood KDC-MP538U
searching with that makes it alot easier to find what your looking for.

i hope you can get you music going again, i know how much it sucks to only hear the sound of the motor

Re: Need Help Installing Head Unit

Thanks for the quick reply. The head unit is a Elite VR3 VR500CS-BT. I definitely don't want to wire but can't afford to take it to a shop so any help is greatly appreciated

Re: Need Help Installing Head Unit

Okay, take the deck to a shop. What you will need is the female plug XX-1720 (prefix depends on manufacturer of the harness, standard Honda harness adapter for the early 90's cars. The other part you need because it didn't come with it (because it is a sub par, cheap radio. I know people have budgets but these are the kind of problems you run into when you buy cheap stuff) is a XX-1784 MALE end that is what they call the ISO harness. Common connector for Euro cars and lots of cheap decks. If you are searching Metra parts it is a 70-1720 and a 71-1784
