fuel pressure regulator

hey guys what are some good ways to figure out if you have a bad fuel pressure regulator??

dang man still no luck with your fuel delivery?!? bump for a good guy he needs help with this! CEL has been on for as long as i've known him !!

but have you put the golden eagle fuel rail on yet bro?? just to maybe narrow it down lol

It's on the manual, 11-112.

It's checking the fuel pressure taking the vacuum hose in/out.

2x. you should notice a difference. question, does your car turn on at all?

yea it turns on and runs fine for a bit but when you drive it for more then like 15 mins its starts hestiating real bad under a small load

no i still havnt put the fuel rail on yet. idk if im gonna need any kinds of gasket for the fuel rail. ive never done one and i dont want to tear it apart and not have everything i need then i will be without a car bc thats my DD at the moment

when the car is running pull out the vac hose from the FPR. see if it feels more normal when you drive with it disconnected

yup i disconnected it and now it runs beautiful
also feels like it has more power!!

Well there are not companies that offer such service. just fixed this problem on mine after a long troobleshooting period. fortunately i now have a new fuel pump, filter, and o2 sensor, unfortunately i am stubborn and do all my own maintenance so I could have saved myself the trouble by letting the mech. tell me it was the fuel main relay in the first place. it costs from 45-55 bucks by the way. If you don't get any codes on the ECU thats what it is.
