Re: prelude

You'll make a lot more than 600 parting it out. $600 is what I had to pay to keep mine after I wrecked it, and I made that back easy. As long as you're somewhat patient and willing to put in the work to take parts off it all the time, you'll make a nice chunk of change.

Re: prelude

I find it hilarious that after you wreck YOUR car, you have to pay to keep your mess loll. But anyway, you can make a lot out of parting your entire car out. I might even be interested in getting a few things from you if you have them.

Re: prelude

Yeah it kinda sucks but oh well, that's how it is. Just be prepared to devote a lot of time to pulling parts off the car. When I started parting my BB1 out, I was making daily trips to the UPS store to ship stuff, and was in the garage every night pulling stuff off for the first 2 weeks.

Re: prelude

I ended up getting rid of the car for 600 but kept a lot of valuable parts.. still got red hood driver fender front bumper mud flaps exhaust headers with collector and p72 (original) and an interfender. So I kinda got lucky hah

Re: prelude

I sold it for that money cause I got to keep everything that was really valuable he basically paid 600 for the motor and tranny and it needed a clutch and clutch line and slave so it was worth it. I got to keep the ecu hood fender bumper headers exhaust inner fender so I still got stuff to sell so no sweat guys I put thought into before I just pushed my love out my fav. Car was that prelude
