Dyno Results!!!

So todays my 22nd bday and I decided to treat myself a little. Went over tgo see the boys at Humble performance in tulsa. Got my valves adjusted, 3 dyno pulls, and put a down payment on a hondata s300

I'm super stoked with my numbers.


Mods are in my sig, Just wanted to share. Lemme know what yall think

Thanx. Ya that's exactly why I wanted to do it. See where I'm startin n then what I've gained once I'm done building. I should have my hondata by xmas so I'm lookin for another 10ish whp from my tuner once I get that. Then at tax time bisimoto header That's like abother 20whp according to their website dyno. So we'll see haha.

You gained ~35whp just with a full exhaust and the p28? That's freakin awesome!
I just ran my base a few weeks ago. Completely stock it made about 152 at the wheels :/

Yeah no ****. That remind me...there used to be a thread here or on PO/PP where a guy had a 100% stock VTEC Prelude, no weight removed, street tires, that ran 13.6's. Some people bust their asses to get to 200WHP, and you're 9 away from it with basic bolt ons. lol. Congrats dude.

I have a buddy that used to work at a Honda plant in Canada that says randomly for ****s and giggles they'd mess with the engine dynamics to increase their performance off the line w/out telling anyone. But now he works here at Bank of America with me and is bipolar so I'm not sure how credible he is. Nice guy though..

Thanx for all the feedback guys. The ecu has a tune on it. Its crome tuned. I bought it like that tho. Once I get my s300 I should easily be over 200whp. My tuner n all the guys at my shop were pretty stoked to see the numbers tho. Once I can get them to have audio ill post vids of pulls. I appologize in sadvance for the $hitty quality. My cell was all I had to film at the time.

i cant wait untill i get my parts. as of now i got a 5th gen with the h22a swap, headers, high flow cat, cat back 2.5inch, skunk2 intake manifold and cold air intake. this winter im saving up for stage2 cams, valves, valve springs, retainers, tb, fuel rail, p28 and a tune. just pumped to get some work in finally.

Holy crap that h22 is a monster!!! Well it's true that all Honda motors were NOT built the same. Some were crappy, some were amazing. And apperently you got the good one!!!

Never done it before so I'm looking forward top it. @ Flow: U can copy my setup haha. @ abstract: My valve job cost me 90. @ Everyone else: Thanx again for the feed back. Blake I found an SAE correction calculator online so i'm gonna see what it says. I'll let u know. Either way I'm pretty stoked with the results tho haha

So many haters lol. All tryin to kill my BDay buzz lol. But from what i'm reading about the sae rating that really doesnt matter either. It's based on the dewpoint/temp of the day. So to say thats more accurate then the 1st reading really doesn't make sense to me bc no matter what rating system u use depending on the temp of the day/dew point and other outside factors ur results will vary no matter what. If its 40 out today and I ran 191/154 then if its 70 tom I may run 180/145. Am I interpruting this correctly?

A colder ambient air temp will yield higher hp/tq numbers, how much of a difference you would see with a 30* change in temp though, I don't know. But yes you have the general idea.
