Re: i really need help please please help knocking and died

You can pull the code with a paperclip. You can search for how to do it.

I have a 96 and have an OBDII connector under my cup holder so I don't know the paperclip process.

Also on your writing, instead of and, use a period. I think it would vastly improve readability.

Re: i really need help please please help knocking and died

uhhh i tried to decipher the hidden message.... did you check the oil before you added any? i know you said it was knocking before you added oil but... adding to much oil can be a bad deal as well. there are different types of knocks when it comes to internal knocking. if it sounds like its coming from the bottom side of the engine it could be rod bearing or main bearings. rod bearing are on the piston rods. main bearing are on the block and hold the crank to the block. if its in the top of the engine it could be a valve problem. if the timing is off it can actually make a knocking noise if the timing is to advanced. usually when you push on the gas pedal. to fix that you back the timing off a little. idk what else to tell you honestly.
