Dash lights

None of my dash lights are working and both my speedo and tach are not moving, anyone got any suggestions?

check/replace the vehicle speed sensor (vss) on the tranny

I would check fuses and wiring before looking into the VSS. Whatever issue is causing them not to light up could be causing your cluster to fail as well.

Check the infamous Blue Harness in the Under Dash Fuse Panel. It is notorious for coming loose.

Ill check em out tomorrow, seeing as how its raining >.> Ive also noticed that my windows wont go down now and neither of my blinkers are working either.
