Yeah, he has like 2 headers on there, he V8 swapped his lude, which is why it sounds so baller.

It's a header dude, not headers.

Re: Exhaust

which ever exhaust u pick u should think abt an empty cat with a defouler plug so u dont have any iussues with emissions.
bore out the cat u have an it will be like having a test pipe on the car. then put the defouler plugs into the cat an then the o2 sensor into that.
it makes the exhaust sound alot better

Re: Exhaust

Yeah if you remove your cat and get a test pipe you can fail emissions, have your car smell like a skunk, gain all of 1hp, and enjoy the raspy sound that comes from an open exhaust! Wooo! :D Lol.

Nahh, it's all up to you. Do some research, this topic has been covered a bajillion times :D If you only really care about sound then use youtube. A ****ton of exhaust videos are on there.

Personally though, I love my Thermal R&D cat back, but everyone is going to be biased towards their own exhaust. Ya dig?

Re: Exhaust

no header for now stock
ebay high flow cat
2.5 in piping cat back from DC sports
DC sports muffler
do not get rid of your cat unless you are going turbo or building a worthy N/A motor
it sounds like crap and makes it nice and raspy....bleecchhhh
an Intake also changes the tone so go for that aswell

no....just no...

This is not a test pipe vs. cat debate. and you are wrong anyway, btw.

When it comes to exhausts (read: catbacks) its more or less about personal opinion of sound.

The header is a different story and if you don't get one of a select few brands/types of header, then you are pissing your money away.
