JDM/Mugen Addiction

I just recently ordered a set of jdm one piece headlights for my car and i been doing some research about jdm parts and the miscellaneous rarities like....

*center free-air vtec 6x9 sub
*digital climate control
*The various Mugen wheels etc, etc....

I have avid interest n the body parts......the Mugen front clip and ESPECIALLY the rear bumper with the foglight on the left side(wen facing the rear)

any idea where i could get the bumper....should it be a fab job.....what should i look forward to spending on the bumper.....jus any facts, referral or even more jdm rarities would b great.

Re: JDM/Mugen Addiction

Good luck finding authentic Mugen bits for the 4g. They come up occasionally, but not often. And when they come up they usually cost a kidney or more.

Replicas are around, but still relatively expensive for what they are. Also note that the rear foglight is a European fitment not a Japanese one, and with Mugen parts rarity outside of Japan when new the chances of finding one that already has the foglight in it would be somewhere between none and stuff all.

Re: JDM/Mugen Addiction

I suggest just doing the rear fog yourself. its very simple to do. I did mine in about an hour. I found a used rear fog on ebay, cost me 80 bucks with shipping. I made a template and cut the hole with a dremel, of course this is the part you have to be very careful with. You need to make sure its straight/even and you dont want to cut to much or mess it up somehow.

I wired it into the rear parking lights, the other option would be to wire it to your front fog lights, but i just decide to have it on with the rest of the lights. Anyway im happy to talk with you more about it if you have any questions.
