Changing up my exhaust. . . Again

I'm goin to change my exhaust again today and I want a smooth deep tone with no rasp. Any ideas on a muffler to use? Right now I have a header into a high flo cat to a magnaflow race muffler where the resonator used to be 2 1/4" piping and a magnaflow fart can. I am looking to replace the can with something that will get me the sound I'm looking for.

And also I forgot but I will be selling the muffler that I'm replacing here's a link for it but I will post pics of it later once I get it off and cleaned up MagnaFlow Exhaust Products - For Trucks, Suv's, American Muscle, Diesel, & Sport Compact Vehicles they're goin for like 140ish shipped on eBay I'll let mine go for 75 shipped

A'pexi. I have it and I love it. Deep tone at idle nice tone when ur on it. Not raspy at all and its not OMG loud so cops will leave u alone

lol no sir... no clue where that is haha and yeah im doin my exhaust tomorrow after work. my buddy owns a muffler shop and were gonna try quite a few mufflers tomorrow. my car sounds good now... dont get me wrong but my muffler just sounds weird to me it has this goofey hiss sound under throttle . it sounds like a turbo spooling lol

see thats what i thought too but we had it on the rack yesterday checking for leaks and theres none throughout the whole exhaust so i dunno its pissin me off though haha

I was thinkin that cause I had a 92 lude with jdm h22 and itsucked the plenum gasket and was hissin like that but it would only do it when you shut the car off

Yeah and if that's the case with mine I'm just gonna keep driving it till I tear it down in a month lol fresh rebuild and some boost on the good ol' h23. I'm lookin for a modest 250 or so at the wheels

See that's where I'm kinda screwed up myself cause I love the way an allmotor engine sounds but I love boost and I know I won't see 250 out of my h23 allmotor with out a pretty hefty price lol

eh...how much u payion for boost? To build my h22 im lookin at about 5500 for 250ish whp all motor. fully built 11.5.1 compression. Cams/port n polsh/vales springs retainers/Rosko IM the whole 9. Plus Im sprayin on it too. Head work is 33ish n the blocks like 13ish. Not too bad for no power lag haha

I'm prolly gonna have about 2500 in my setup tuned and done. My buddy does porting he builds race motors for dirt bikes and fourwheelers and his dad has been building race motors for cars since he was 16 :D

Lol we will see I'm gonna look into a few things cause like you said reliability is a must. My buddy had a all stock internal d16z6 that was freshned up with rod bearings, main bearings and thrust washers arp rod bolts and head studs and he threw in a set of new rings and was tuned at 15 psi and put down 249 at the wheels and beat the cock off it everyday and never had one problem not even a boost leak lol

Yeah I know Johnny my buddy has one on his hatch with a gsr swap and its so quiet and clean sounding but my only problem is did you happen to see where my exhaust exits lol I doubt a ws2 will fit that way haha
