Code 6 ECT Sensor and hardly runs

last night i changed my drive axles, front pads, rotated tires, and changed my oil. after all this is done i go to start my 1992 prelude si 4ws h22a, it barely starts and once it did start it runs like **** and if you try to rev it it bogs and almost dies. i pulled code 6 which is the engine coolant temp sensor. wow thats whats causing all this?

idk how it could have happened the only time i was near that sensor is when i filled the oil... hmm. well anyone ever had this problem? the cel wont even reset. i pulled the fuse then the battery and it comes on right away.

Re: Code 6 ECT Sensor and hardly runs

if your ect is unplugged or faulty this will cause your car to run this bad yes . if it dosnt know the temp of the engine or the air it cannot properly trim fuel and yes it can be far enough off to cause the car not to run or run very ****ty
