Help me fix up my lude

Okay as of yesterday I just purchased my first Honda/Prelude.
I bought the car from an auction for 1150 but with buyers fee and gst it ran me up 1333.50.

Now the things that are wrong with the car are:
I have autostart remotes that i have no idea how to get working.
I can push buttons on it and it will interact with the car but it doesn't do anything.
The remote is a black autostart with FCC id: NAHAS5501.

I have never programmed a remote before so any help on how to get it too work would be appreciated.

The door lock on the driver's side is broken on the inside,.
I have too lock it from outside the car which also requires a lot of jiggling the lock around.

*EDIT*
Ok guys I finally found my camera and took pics.

The rod that hold's the hood up is broken.

Also it looks like there is a missing cap for something. There is sum paper and a rubber band put over it.

The trunk had water in it for sum reason... I will be cleaning that out.

The prelude had a cover on the speaker but i was curious too see what was behind the grill and there wasn't any speaker there...

and i never took a pic of the door lock but basically the plastic piece just moves freely like its not connected. does anybody have experience fixing a broken door lock?

I don't have much mechanical knowledge so anything that can help me out would be appreciated.

The tank without a cap is your windshield washer fluid.
