which springs should i get

ok so i have no suspension knowledge. No matter how hard i try i just cant grasp the concept of it all. I have a chance to get some neuspeed lowering springs with tokiko blue shocks or tien green springs with tokiko blue shocks im going for a lowered more aggressive stance but i also want to improve my handling in turns both these setups are only a $20 difference and below $100 for all four shocks and springs. I just want the best handling i could care less about slamming it (even if it does look good) and after i install these what else would i need to go along with these parts for a COMPLETE setup?

s-techs,
but pick up some kyb agx's or tokico illumina's instead of the blues. the blues are more of a stock shock replacement, so they dont really like drops over about an 1in. the agx's and illumina's are desinged with lowering springs in mind and they also have the benefit of having adjustable damping rates to further improve handling and/or comfort depend on your settings and driving situation.

Re: which springs should i get

x2 on the adjustables. U could run blues but bein lowered would make u eat them up really fast. the lower u go too ur gonna need a camber kit or ur gonna eat thru tires. I have KYB AGXs w/megan adjustables and i love em. Really aggressive stance. I had neuspeed sport springs before tho and they rode awesome. Ull get a much better ride w/springs vs coilovers but coil overs will give better handling. u just feel every bump in the rd lol
