both the sliders and the brackets you will need depend on the actual seats u plan on going with...

I got brackets and sliders for my sparco's but they didn't fit at all. I had to do a lot of modifications.

my point exactly...if it doesn't fit, you should send it back and get proper hardware....i would not risk getting into an accident or getting seriously injured in an accident due to seats that weren't properly mounted...

Offbrand reclinable buckets seats. I see brackets made for specific cars on eBay but not for the 4th Gen. 'ludes.

If I didn't care about my safety I would have just slapped them on my car and ghetto rigged it. Thus why I asked for opinions about aftermarket brackets. Again, these are offbrand seats, they have what it seems like universal sliders on them. The seats were made for no specific car. I figured I'd have some luck in finding some aftermarket universal brackets for the 4th gen. Apparently there aint sh1t out there.

Does anyone know if the '94 - '97 Accord seats are a direct bolt on for the Prelude? I'm wondering if I can get some universal brackets for an Accord and use that to mount the seats.

my comment regarding the safety issue wasn't addressed towards you. It was meant for the guy that rigged something together to make it fit. The hardest part about mounting brackets is not making them fit into the car, but to make sure that the sliders that ou are using will fit properly onto the bracket and won't sit too high or too low. When you call wedge, they will ask you alot of questions about the seats you want to use and also ask for measurements to make sure that they make a bracket for you that fits your seat/slider combo.

I don't doubt you. I don't even know you. If you feel confident in your fabrication, thats great. It doesn't matter to me as I will not be sitting in your seats. All I was saying was that I would not take such a risk.

I bought my brackets from wedge. I'd never purchase from them again. I had to weld pieces of stock over the holes they drilled for the bolt holes, then redrill the holes in the right spots. I tapped them as well for extra strength. pEace.

yeah, I called them and they assured me that they would work, but I assure you they were off by a lot. Eh, no worries, I got those seats in there. BTW they are amazing lol.
