gh22jl is on a distinguished road
vtech rinung too rich!!

is it bad if my vtec is running too rich, or idk after vtech activates all it comes from muffler is black smoke. waht could it be?

rings are prolly going bad . check your oil level . if its doing it in vtec usually what it is going on . my current motor dose this and i burn a 1\2 qt in 500 miles .

first you spell it wrong, then right, then wrong again. VTEC always burns oil/runs rich. its normal to see some smoke

Mine burns stupid rich. I have terrible exhaust leak issues before the cat however. It's pretty normal to see a little smoke in VTEC.

Mine was running rich but that's because i my injectors were too big. Get it fixed or you will be buying a catalytic converter also.
