4th gen h22 prelude HELP PLEASE

i have been working on a rebuild for my 95 4th gen h22 prelude. i bought the engine gasket kit did the head gasket. did not touch the block i changed the rear main seal water pump and timing belt i did a little manifold gasket replacement i replaced the butterfly gasket and i cleaned out the egr valve got a brand new thermostat rebuilt everything stock. i had the head pressured checked and cleaned at a local machine shop. after i put the motor back together for the 4th time i got a valve job done. i had someone that is a machanic come help me with the timing and its spot on. but for some reason when i start it it seems like it has no power at all and its backfiring through the intake there is a leak on my headers and it does pop through the exaust as well. i replaced the spark plugs the wires dizzy and the starter and no sucess at all. when i try to rev the motor it hesitates and shakes then it almost dies(sometimes it does die) i also did a compression test it has 190-210 all the way across. i dont wanna put anymore money into it honestly and im getting to the end of the line. someone please help. also i keep getting an error message when i upload my pics.

yea i checked the fuel lines no leaks or anything i think it might be the harness because i had to ghetto rig one to make it work i think i pinched some injector wires. it does start to rev up and down when it gets warmed up. im gunna see if getting a new harness will work. i wish i could post these pics of mine its not in the best shape either but its nice to me i like it
