i havnt seen a h22 on an f22 but i have seen an h23 so id say yes ( since they bolt to the same block ) . if i remember right there is an oil drain in the back corner of the head that you have to plug up .

Re: head swap question

yes it will but ur going to need alot of parts from engines. Its called a G22 motor. A set up probably reserved for the most motor savvy. I wouldn't attempt it unless a large amount of money, time and space is available. BUt there are alot of write-ups on this site and on CB7tuner.com as well. Does that help?

Re: head swap question

I used to have the g22. H22A4 head w/F22a1 block. K series pistons h23 pullies etc. Monster motor but a lot of work. Do ur research. Ull need it lol. Motor life expectancy can also be expected shorter being that its a mutt motor. Just a heads up
