Re: body kit help

No. Body Kits on preludes look intensely lame IMO. Just get a nice suspension setup, some rims that you like, and get your stock moldings painted to match your car. Good to go.

NO! Body kits ruin the car, instead with that 150 get a jdm front lip, cut the springs like 1.5 inch and with the rest of the money take your gf out to a restruant. -Serjey

Haha true, true. But don't cut your springs.. Get some coilovers. Don't bother with a kit. You'll get laughed at. But if you like it then it's your cash.

says the man with the body kit...

just kidding. certain body kits can look decent or even good at times. fiberglass is iffy... but its your money man. check it out in person or with detailed pics. if its the styling you like and the kit is in good shape then why not? build your car for you... thats why we are in this game. i will make my personal opinion and say that the majority of body kits available, especially for the prelude are extremely ricey/tacky looking and dont do anything for the car at all.

Re: body kit help

I have seen very few preludes with body kits that look decent.....actually two,lol...one of them Nemi has and he pulls of the look, the other I can't remember....do what 99.9% of people here are telling you,lol...get a lip kit, lower ride stance, nice rims and enjoy your ride plus fiber glass will crack easy and look horrible after a few scrapes with potholes and city driving. Good luck with your choice, in the end the choice is yours
