oil leak help

Ok guys so i posted before no clue what the leak was well still no clue what it is but i think i found it. i bought some special uv dye and spent an hour under my car and found this



the thing glowing purple.. its right above the exhaust pipe and right below the oil filter. i just need to know what it is and how to fix it.. thanks for the time

Can you get the same pic, but when it's light so we have more of an idea as to what we're looking at?

the thing glowing purple is your oil pressure switch. but if that thing is COVERED in purple, your problem is 99% your oil cooler o-ring which is right ABOVE the switch, and is a very VERY common place to leak oil from. its a $2 part and a 5 minute fix.

I agree with twokexlv6coupe. I had the same issue. Get the o-ring and replace it. should fix it.

i actually figured that it was the switch round 2 at my local parts store and the guy ordered me a new switch because mine is most like cracked a little i dont know i was just gonna swap he whole thing to be safe.

by the way the purple light is my only flashlight a uv one ha
