Check your spark plugs and wires?

Also, check your air filter if you think it has to do with the intake

Yea i gave it a full tune up. Helped a little but the problem still happens. It happens as soon as the engine gets warm. I have no idea what to do!

SEAFOAM that bish! Also, a tune-up couldn't hurt. Plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, oil, amongst other things

Try cleaning your FITV, if that doesn't work then unplug the EGR Lift sensor and see if that fixes it. Cause my car did this, I unplugged my EGR Lift sensor and it magically fixed it lol.

Where is the EGR Lift sensor located? you just unplugged it and it worked. Did you plug it back in and it still worked?
