problems after installin my clutch need help fast

So I installed a ner competition stage 2 clutch along with fidanza 8lb flywheel last saturday on my lude. So while I was in there I replaced the slave cylinder along with a steel braided clutch line. The problem is that my bro disconnected some of the lines goin in2 the manifold and kinda just guessed on how they go. The car idles fine bt he removed some black box that was by my battery cuz he dident kno what it was. Also my fans haven't really been turnin on so as I was drivin home 2day it was kind of overheating all the cables r plugged in bt idk y they're nt workin, the fuses and everything are fine, also whne I turn on the a/c my car will start idling kinda wierd jumpin from 1k 2 2k or 2.5. Also lol its kinda wierd when im bout 2 take of my car kinda shakes on the front or sumthin like that, and when im acceleriting it feels like well idk how to explain it its just really jumpy and stuff. I hit a curb and popped my tire bout 1 week ago cuz of people who can't freakin drive and I think my aligment is off I think idk if that could b part of the problem. I also have p/s deleted while I was doin that bt I dident loop the lines dnt kno how will that damage anythin

Re: problems after installin my clutch need help fast

1) you need to PROPERLY break in a new clutch for 500-1000 miles, which basically means driving like a grandma. NOO LAUNCHING!!!!!! your already fuking up your brand new clutch.

2) the black box near your battery was most likely for the stock air intake, so if you have a CAI/SRI, you don't need it. just make sure the vacuum line that leads back to the intake manifold is capped off, or else you'll have a surging idle (o wait, it sounds like you already do )

3) check your coolant level. if its low, that's why your overheating. if it's low, it'll also prevent the t-stat from opening, which prevents the fans from coming on. or you really didn't reconnect the connectors for the fans, which would cause all the above problems.

4) your alignment is DEF off if you hit a curb, which would also cause severe shaking/vibrating.
