Relocating Windshield Wiper Res?

As far as I know, you can't relocate the windshield wiper reservoir, but I was just wondering if there was anyone that would like to prove me wrong. Lol. OR even if you could use a Windshield Wiper Reservoir from another car, that is shorter. The only reason I ask is because I have been wire tucking my car for a little bit now, and that Windshield Wiper Fluid is something I have always wanted to find a way to keep

Thanks in advance, PZ

There's a couple of wire tucked cars on here, I'd ask the owners what they did.

Re: Relocating Windshield Wiper Res?

i was thinking of keeping mine exactly where it is, but cut the entire spout off and try to find some kind of black cap or something that will seal it off and keep it almost flush with the car, at least then it wont stick up..but you'll need to fill it with a funnel..lolz.

exactly what i was thinking.

but if your wire-tucking your bay, your gonna be compromising almost every other creature-comfort; PS, AC, ABS, CC,etc, so i'm sure you'll be able to live with washing your windshield @ every gas station. not too hard.

Re: Relocating Windshield Wiper Res?

this is true, but im not giving up AC either. custom lines FTW! lolz. plus i take the lude on long trips. i can live without the windshield washer, but if i can hide it better, why not. its really not bad looking as it is. nick you need to see my bay now haha.

Re: Relocating Windshield Wiper Res?

Yeah I already have AC and CC out, PS is coming out tomorrow, and then ABS will come out whenever I grow the balls to attempt to remove it with the engine in the car Lolol. But I may have to jack your idea of cutting it down and giving it a black cap, just because I wanted to keep it cause idkkk, I'm weird and such.

Thanks guys, if you ever come across some totally baller setup for a windshield wiper res, tell me either in here or through a PM! Lol. I'm gonna take a look at the junkyard sometime and see if I can't find one that is long and skinny, just because maybe, just maybe, I might be able to use a different Res, and then stuff it inside the windshield cowl. But ya know, just a thought
