whining noise (timing belt)

k so over the weekend i changed my timing belt and waterpump. get everything back together and take it for a ride and i notice this whining noise. and well it hasnt gone away. im thinking it could be the tensioner maybe the bearing went bad. anyone had this problem?
i would tear it down to investigate but im in the process of moving and im short on time.

Re: whining noise (timing belt)

most likely its the balancer shaft belt on too tight, loosen the tension on that belt a little
