Prelude H23a1

Hello friends, I am Brazilian and I have a prelude H23a1 ... I would like to apologize for my bad English ... I follow the forum prelude zone for a long time!
Let it all as prelude to my first problem I would like you to help me and my ABS has never worked, where my master cylinder reservoir empties whole, rising oil reservoir all pro ABS. If someone already had a similar problem, please help me!
Thanks!

We need to translate your description better -- if your brake master cylinder reservior (the large one on the firewall in front of the driver) empties whole, the brakes won't work at all, let alone the ABS. Are you talking about the accumulator, the box-shaped reservior (and other bits) on the center of the firewall, near the fuse box?

Unfortunately, my Portuguese never got beyond two words, and I've forgotten both....
