H22A Bogging at 4k & up. Also randomly stalls

Alright, I'm tired and aggravated between the car and the busy past couple of days.

Lets start off with the new parts:
Plugs (NGK)
Wires (NGK)
Distributor
Rotor
Cap (but has crack where screw was over tightened)
Fuel Filter
and ran a bottle of fuel injector cleaner

CEL Codes: None

Problem: Whether I'm getting on it or not, once I go past 4k RPM's the car starts bogging pretty bad, it will sometimes bog once or twice at idle then returns to normal. Now it's started to randomly die, it first started after getting on it (car stopped bogging for about an hour) then slowing down and coming to a stop; car dies out. Does it again at the next stop (driving normal, car bogging) Then while I'm accelerating (steady at 2,500 RPM's) the car stalled; popped the clutch and on my way. Same thing happens again shortly after, only this time it didn't stall, but it wasn't really getting any gas (tried flooring it and nothing happened) so I press and held the clutch and gave it a rev and it returned back to normal.
I can't figure this out, my brain is rattled and I'm sooo tired. Please help PZ!

Okay now the car wont stay running for more than like 10 seconds. The fuel pump is priming. A couple times when I tried starting it, I gave it some gas. After I stopped turning the key and stopped giving it gas; the dash board lights all came on (like the car is off) but then theres this noise that sounds like when your intake takes that last breath of air when you turn off your car, but it was 10x louder and I swear the engine was running at like 1 RPM

have you checked you timing belt? I had similar issues with my 89 accord and it was that the timing belt slipped a tooth cause of a bad auto tensioner.

You have to take off the VC (that's your acronym for 'Valve Cover', right?). If you don't wanna take that off all the way, you still gotta loosen the VC nuts far enough to lift it up and pull off the plastic upper timing belt cover
