Whats the Best H22 Performance parts?

So I have a 1995 Honda prelude vtec. I want to get as much performance out of it for the money. I dont want to do turbo or super charger.
But what exact parts such as cams, pistons, valves, injectores, headers, ect Give the most HP for the money. Thanks alot.
