Question about Headers and Exhaust

Hi i'm new here and i'm about to buy the replica of the Hytech and also a Tsudo Exhaust but i dont know how it will work. putting these 2 pieces.
cuz i've seen that the Tsudo sound to much even tho that has a 2.5in pipe about the sound that dosent bother me. only mi concern is if it'll work having the Hytech Replica and the Tsudo Exhaust.

Re: Question about Headers and Exhaust

the header and exhaust do not meet up, you need a test pipe or some kind of pipe in the middle to connect them. they will work. as far as working good? i do not know.. but there is no reason it just will not work at all.

Re: Question about Headers and Exhaust

mmm ok. tell me if i cand put a extension pipe from the colector of the headers and weld to the the exhaust.
or just go and fabricate the pipe exhaust putting a extension pipe to be connected to the colector of headers and weld the fabricate pipe.
the thing it's right now i've stright pipe of 2.5 in from the OEM headers to the Muffler.
or what type of Exhaust can you tell to put with those Hytech Replica Headers.

Ok sorry if i get this wrong since i cant understand some of your post but...

You dont have any sort of flex pipe after your header?

It needs to go Header> Downpipe (with flex pipe)> Cat/test pipe> Catback

Re: Question about Headers and Exhaust

your confusing the flex pipe for the catalytic converter. there's high flow CAT's, but not flex's. you NEED a flex pipe in your exhaust or else you'll be breaking welds on your exhaust everywhere.

just get the right diameter and length flex pipe, and have it welded in.
