need help with h23vtec

hey guys i have a h23a1 in my 95 lude rigth now but i wanna make the h23vtec hybrid ive done some reaserch into it but i wanna know what would be a good way to be able to safely get the engine to run up to 8k and make it a reliable daily drive i also want a bigger crank so i can get more power if any one has any input or comments or anything that would be HELPFUL please say so also what are some more ways to get more power i wanna turbo bt prob not for another year since i wanna save up so i can rebuild everythin if i do the hybrid i read something bout like road and stroke ratio bt couldent really understand it if someone could help me out with figuring this out thank you
