ok so its official i bought a set of wiked asss sparco racing seats off a buddy with a 05 srt-4 he had em in there and i paid 150.00 for em so now my big question is what do i do about seat rails can i mach the honda rails up by bolting or welding them to the bottom of the sparcos or what im so confused haha

You will have to buy a Sparco seat bracket for your Prelude.

Probably, but that's not the problem. Aftermarket seats just have 4 holes in the bottom and are universal; therefore, they will not match up with your stock bolt locations. You must install an adapter that is vehicle specific like in the diagram I linked earlier. The bracket will bolt to your seat and to your stock holes.
