clutch question?

how do i know if a clutch is worn or just not bleed all the way because the clutch sits pretty low and i just had master cylinder and slave cylinder replaced and im not sure if they just didnt bleed it right or all the way or if my clutch is worn and i think even if i try a little bit of going hard from 2 to 3 it will grind could that be the clutch no engading properly or all the way?

Both of those could be your problem. If your clutch is almost toast then you're foot will sink pretty low before the clutch engages. But the clutch could have been bleed improperly,

OR, No one adjusted the clutch pedal after replacing the cylinders.

And the 3rd gear grind is a sign that your synchro is going. I'm sure it'll be awhile before you actually have a serious problem with it. Unless your slamming third gear all the time...?

no since it started grinding i been pretty easy on it but would the clutch need to be re adjusted after doing that? and ill re bleed it and see what happens if that works great if not what should i do??

I have a similar problem with my 4th gen grinding into 3rd if I shift over 5,000 RPM. Thats just usually a chirp though. If i shift at 7,000 rpm or higher my car sounds like a chain saw : (. Yeah, so i dont shift that high...

My clutch engages kinda low, but its also after market.
You should try flushing the slave cylinder and getting any dirt/air bubbles out. Thats the easiest and cheapest fix. Hopefully thats it!

ok mine is aftermarket stage 2 and not to long ago i had the slave cylinder and master cylinder replaced and the didnt bleed it enough i brought it back to them and they are going to see what the problem is
