What are the ups/downs of going turbo on a H23? How much hp etc.

i heard that the H23s were more boost friendly than an H22... so i heard. All other information can be found right here on PZ, you just have to look. its there believe me.

ups: more power, go faster, funner to drive, can drive the car without hitting boost, can drive the car and hit boost.


downs: uses more gas (in some situations), spins tires easier, you gotta spend money to make use of it, and you actually have to maintain your car (and it'd be useful to know what is going on under the hood) Some ppl don't like to read or learn, so they spend more money then they should because it doesn't work and they can't fix it...I hope thats not u

thats such a vague question. you can make anywhere from +3hp to 900+hp. it all depends.

I was woundering if it's worth it, ya' know, like is it any comparison to vtec, better worse?

I drove a 5th gen the other day with minor bolt on mods, and it didn't really impress me at all when it engaged.
