Re: Header ?

/\ like the exhaust header?

if thats what your talkin about its pretty strait forward as far as my experience goes, just be sure to take the O2 out, and if it's still attached to the rest of the exhaust support it cuz lettin it slam down is hard on exhaust mounts and hangers and such

also be sure when putting it back on to remember the gasket.

Re: Header ?

be carefull, there are 2 screws from underneath the cover on teh back of it, you need an extension and crawl under the car to get them out.

Re: Header ?

Okay to install a header is will usually take an experienced person about 2 hours adverage...some go faster some go slower.. It took me alot longer and i had 3 guys working on it. You have to make sure you can remove the bolts with out striping any...if they seem like there stripping becuase of rust or the heat of the catalytic converter as melted them a bit make sure you just warm them up with either an acetalyne torch or just a blow torch and the blots with come off much easier and you would break the heads off or strip them. Also install the bottom part of the header going to the converter first..then align the actuall header with the engine. It made it alot easier. also once you have installed you...you should check your bolts regulary at first and tighten them as they will loosen up at first.
