Idle problem, Heating problem H23

I have a 92 H23 prelude. I thought i had a IACV problem because my car in the winter would rev from 1000rpms to 2300rpms consistent. So i put in the new iacv and still same problem... My friend said it could be a fuse that controls that but i doubt it. Also my temperature doesn't stay up after 5 minutes it will warm up than after driving on it for 5 minutes it will go back to C. What do you think my problem is?

For one thing, it sounds like the sensor for your engine temperature is messed up; obviously because your engine is getting hotter not colder as you run it. Here's some links that discuss the bouncing idle issue (might give you some ideas and things to check):

My bet is the fast idle thermo valve. I had this same bouncy idle issue with my h23, but I never got around to fixing it before I swapped motors. Good luck and hope this helps.

Check your throttle body screw before you blow any more money. Mine was too loose and gave me my idle problems.
