Clutch Gone Soft. Trouble going into gear sometimes, help!

Over winterbreak I went on a 5 day ski trip (with a different car), during which time my 4th gen prelude was sitting inside the garage at home.
When I got home the clutch was very soft and the car wouldn't go into gear unless I pumped the clutch up. I check the clutch fluid and it was a bit low, so i did a full fluid flush, got air bubbles out of the lines and put in new D.O.T 4...
The clutch works better now and goes into gear, but its still softer than it was originally. The car has an after market carbon kevlar clutch, so it used to be really stiff... Sometimes after a long/cold night the clutch needs 1 or 2 pumps to get it working right...

Any ideas on what it could be? Maybe a slow leak from the slave cylinder?

Thanks and happy holidays!

Check for leaks at the master, slave, and dampener.

Does sound like either the master or slave took a crap if even after a flush it is soft.

check the master and slave cylinder, and clutch lines for leaks. my guess is that it is the slave. pull back the rubber book and check for fluid.

The master cylinders on 2 preludes I've had both started leaking INSIDE the car, but it was dripping down the firewall and under the carpet so it took me a while to figure out where the hell the fluid was going. It would run out every 2-3 weeks with no drip-age anywhere in the engine bay or in my garage.
