Vibration and Squeeling, Rear Balancer Shaft Pully

Hey guys i need some help, so i'll start with the situation last month I lost a crap load of oil from my H22a1 because my front balancer shaft bushing popped out of place(recalled by Honda), I've fixed that now and have added the retainer plate that Honda recommends. Here's the service bullietin if anyone else needs it : http://downloads.hondatech.info/Auto...n/x00-073e.pdf and here's my other thread : http://www.preludezone.com/showthrea...618#post213618

Now my current problem is i get some vibration and a squealing noise(coming from the what seems like under the timing covers on the driver side of the motor, after putting on everything back together(i replaced my timing belt at same time also cause it had oil all over it). At first i thought it was that the timing and balancer shaft belts needed to be readjusted, so i did that and it still didn't go away(BTW the previous owner had the auto to manuel tensioner conversion done) .Thinking the squealing might be from the assessory and power stearing belts i changed those and nope still there. I was also told that the belt might just be rubbing against the lower timing cover so i also started up the motor with out those belts, but the vibration and squealing where still there.

Now I'm thinking it's either internal because i ran low on oil, or i didn't line up the rear balancer shaft pulley.

So does the rear BS pulley have allignment markers on it? because i couldn't really see any like i could on the front one and that may just be my problem.OR if you think/know that something else is the problem please say it.

Sorry for the long read guys but i just wanted to explain everything so you could help me as best as you possible could.

-Thanks for any and all help.
