What should i offer for this car ?

Hey guys i have been looking for a good project prelude what should i offer this guy for this read specs below.

Up for sale is my 1995 Honda Prelude. This car has been an ongoing project for some time now, as well as my daily driver. There are many extras included in the auction, so please make sure to read everything! I no longer have the time or money to devote to a project car. I am sad to see her go, but at this point in my life I feel it is the best choice.

Exterior
The body on this car is what would be expected for a 1995. There is the all too familiar “Honda rust” above the rear quarter panels. The sunroof is also showing slight signs of rust. There is a small dent in the front passenger side fender, which could be popped out with the right tool. The rear bumper is slightly cracked on the passenger side. The car is currently equipped with a tasteful set of Altezza taillights. The paint is all intact, minus chipping on the side mirrors.
Extras for the body include...
VIS OEM Carbon Fiber Hood
Honda OEM Taillights
Honda OEM Taillight Gaskets
Aftermarket D1 Turbo Vented Fenders
JDM One-piece Black Housing Headlights

Interior
The interior of the vehicle remains stock and in very good condition. The center dash is currently disassembled. The stock radio has been removed and replaced with a Pioneer CD deck. I have brand new genuine Honda pieces waiting to be installed into the interior.
Extras for the interior include...
Honda OEM Heater/ AC Vents and Controls
Honda OEM Radio Bezel
Honda OEM Center Dash Piece (large L-shaped piece)
JDM Sunvisors
All but one speaker is blown. However, I do have four replacement Pioneer speakers. I also have a 1200watt Sony Xplode amplifier, two 1200watt 12” Sony Xplode subwoofers, and a Tsunami competition wiring kit. The amplifier and subwoofers are still in the original packaging, never used.

Performance
The standard engine (F22 SOHC) has been swapped out and replaced with a high performance JDM H22A engine. This engine is a 2.2 liter DOHC powerplant with VTEC and an 8000rpm redline. The engine itself has just below 30,000 miles on it. It runs incredibly strong and shows no signs of hesitation. There is an AEM cold air intake with an APR replacement filter attached. The rear engine mount has been fitted with polyurethane inserts, as that mount receives the most abuse. The headers are stock JDM 4-2-1 headers. The exhaust is made by Hayame, which is a very high quality manufacturer out of Japan. The sound is very deep and intimidating. The air conditioning has been removed, but I still have all working parts. The transmission and all related parts were replaced 3 months ago and never driven on. The transmission is an M2B4 (from the H23 engine). This transmission has longer gears, which is better suited for the VTEC equipped H22. Other new parts installed include an F1 Racing Stage 3 Clutch, Fidanza Lightweight 8lb. Aluminum Flywheel, throwout bearing, clutch slave cylinder, and clutch master cylinder. The driveshafts have both been upgraded and now able to handle 500 horsepower. There is also an OEM replacement clutch hose, as well as a braided stainless steel clutch line.
While reinstalling the transmission, the throwout bearing came out of place. That being said, when purchased, this car will need to be towed or shipped. The car will not currently shift into gear while it is running. Before reaffixing the throwout bearing, you could also try bleeding the line better, as that could be the only problem. No money needs to be spent to get this beast out on the road. It can be ready to to drive in just a weekend's worth of work. I simply do not have the time anymore. The stock ECU has been replaced with a chipped P28. This ECU is far superior to the stock P13 when it comes to tuning and later, forced induction options. Mine has been tuned for my Prelude's specific needs by the very talented guys at www.phearable.net. The wheels are the stock steelies. The tires, which are Hancooks, have a great amount of tread left. I also have two 17” ADR Fuel rims with low profile Kuhmo Supra Ecstas. The other two rims were stolen, but you may be able to find a match for them

i am waiting on a email back with pics ill post them when i get them.
I would really appricate your help thanks.

3 grand that is it. The reason why it started its life as a base model prelude and doesnt have some of the nice things the Si ludes have.

Oh and did anyone see that he said the M2b4 came on the h23s umm no

Exactly what I was thinking, I don't think I would go a penny over that.

Re: What should i offer for this car ?

first this guy really must know jack **** about the car mizlude point out one and a stage 3 clutch for a h22? The tranny wont go into gear so as far as you know it shot, the dash is all apart .i can go on but any way i say 2k if the engine runs good b/c he has some good parts throw in and some junk ya can sell and would be a nice parts car.

might be the lack of sleep and how i read it but this part

"The standard engine (F22 SOHC) has been swapped out and replaced with a high performance JDM H22A engine. This engine is a 2.2 liter DOHC powerplant with VTEC and an 8000rpm redline. The engine itself has just below 30,000 miles on it. It runs incredibly strong and shows no signs of hesitation"

so it has a blown engine? and idk that the jdm was a "high performance" engine with about 20 more hp over the usdm ones
