lug size?

so i just pulled the trigger on some wheels that i can HOPEfully get to fit with modifications...theyre 16x7.5 et 30/ 16x9 et 15.... i know a lota u are gunna flame me for trying this but i dont like doin ordinary sht so im gunna try making this work...so please just address my question insteada flamin my choice.......

so with 16x7.5 et 30/ 16x9 et 15....wut size lugs do i need? honda lugs are completely diff from the euro ones im used to so i dono much about em....wut size should i get with that low offset....will 1.5in suffice or shud i go with 1.25 or something?

and should i get tuner lugs?

Re: lug size?

Are you talking about studs or lugs? Because basically all you need is for the lug size to match your stud size. Prelude's generally use the 12x1.5 stud thread/pitch so you just need lugs that match that. I would suggest open-ended external drive lugs. And DON'T skimp out on lugs/studs, because just like everything else, it will come back to bite you in the ass if you do.

i guess? i dono...with my other car, we just have 1 pc lugs that bolt up the wheel to the hub....
so i cant use 1.25 for something a lil shorter...?

any particular brand of lugs you recommend or anything...i jus searched for "tuner lugs" on ebay and was gunna go with something on there....i know for locks im prob goin with mcgard

There's some good ones...you just gotta wade through the crap. Muteki's are good from what I hear, Rays (obviously), Spoon, pretty much anything from Mackin. I still don't think ARP can be beat stud-wise. And 1.25/1.50 is the thread pitch on the studs, not the length. If you try to use a 1.25 lug with a 1.5 stud it won't work.

lol the kid i bought my rims from got after market lugs when he bought the rims from tire discounters or w/e. but if the stock lugs don't fit, got o autozone and by some cheapos

Cheapos ftl. I've gone through at least 60 lugnuts since I've had my car...Why? Because I bought ****ty ones.
