Found H22 that sounds pretty good--- need help. what do I ask?

Guys, I'm looking for an H22 and Transmission for my prelude.

I found this online, he's local to me. But I'm not a motor guy. All the stuff he's listing sounds cool, but I dont know what questions to ask about it. Also I'm going to leave the price off becuse I want you guys to tell me what you think a setup like this is worth?

What questions would you ask? What more information do you need if anything to determine what its really worth?

Help needed asap beacuse I really want to pick it (or another motor) up soon!

Sounds like it's got the LSD transmission (since it said JDM), sounds built, but if you're dropping this in a street car or a daily driver, I doubt you would want to run 13:1 compression. When you run compression that high, that's when race gas comes into play.

ok then so I guess this isn't something for me. this will be a street, daily driver. I definitly wanna build it for good power (200++ hp). but street power, not straight line track power.

Yeah that will make good power, but like I said, anything about 12.5:1 compression and that's when race gas comes into play. I would not recommend that engine for a daily driver.
