Icon5 A couple of Questions???????

Hello everyone? I have a couple of questions, if you guys can help.

1.) Will a CTR shift boot fit a BB4 without modification?
2.) Does the 94-97 Accord Rear Mudflaps fit a BB4 without mod?
3.) Is the 94-97 Accord Rear lip a easy bolt on? any cutting required?
4.) Does anyone know where i can get the trunk spring?, i guess previous owner took it off, trunk is heavy than a mutha..LOL

Sorry for so many questions, i have searched but im am getting no where, well atleast i probaly not searching good enough....but anyway Please inform me....THANKS

Re: A couple of Questions???????

1) NFI mate, probably need to be modded a bit
2) I don't think so, though Prelude specific ones are available
3) I believe they need to be cut down slightly, there's a writeup on here by mizlude I believe, under the Do It Yourself area
4) Even if you can find one, you'll need a special tool from Honda to fit it. Basically you need to get 180degrees of twist into it, which can't be done with a pair of pliers or multi-grips (I know, I tried it!) also under the diy section is a writeup to retrofit gas struts to the trunk hinges instead. While written for a fifth gen, it shouldn't be much different for a fourth.

Re: A couple of Questions???????

1)They don't fit well, unless you shave the shifter but that would be a really bad idea. GSR boots work well actually and they look clean.
2)Use your prelude flaps, they're easier to work with.
3)it's not that hard, first time doing it only took like half an hour, drill four holes and trim the edges and refine them with a dremel or sandpaper.
4)I have no idea about this one, sounds like a PITA, but maybe you can do what he said^^ check ebay
