Will a sunroof glass from a 90-93 accord fit into a 92 prelude sunroof ?

Nope, I remember measuring one to compare and it was smaller. The only one that works is a 5th gen Prelude sunroof glass.

i put the glass of a 5th gen prelude on my 4th gen. fits just fine, the front sticks out just a little because of the housing or what ever you call the plastic covering the glass.

gives it an original look, considering no 4th gen came with a glass sunroof

Sean1121 on the site has done the conversion as well and is very very knowledgeable about the exact steps. Here is his write-up:

I would like to do this as well because like you, I'm sick of the rust spots. But I'm scared I'll screw it up and it will leak, and I'd rather have small rust spots then a leaky sunroof. Good luck though if you decide to do to it, and post up some result pictures.

did you just straight up change the glass or did you change the entire unit?

if you don't know what I mean just say and I shall clarify, but it is late right now and I don't want to type.

Im not all the way sure on this, but i do remember that you need some of the pieces of the glass unit, such as the hinges to adapt it to the glass one. you do need to make some adaptations but not that drastic. sorry i cant fill the missing pieces, the thing is that i got my mechanic to do it for me jeje...

but you dont need to replace the whole unit, at least not in my case. i just replaced the metal one for the glass and adapted that.
