I'm not 100% sure, but im almost positive that you cant. Why do you want to?????

And realistically, the best size for wheels is 16x7

Re: can we run a staggered wheel fitment on 4th gens??

axis makes a wheel that has a fatter lip on the rear i think its called a maxis lip. Also R-1 makes wheels like that. Just go get some 0 offset wheels there baller

staggered setups look more aggressive...im jus used to staggered wheels...i dont like the same size all around ....

and so most ppl go with a 7in width? and 16s? ... think the 17x7s would rub with my drop

Re: can we run a staggered wheel fitment on 4th gens??

It can be done, though not many do. Personally I think bigger lip on the rear looks silly on a fwd, but that's just me and I'm pretty conservative when it comes to the looks department of Preludes.

There is a lot more freedom when it comes to the offset of the rear wheels than the front, as there is more room behind the wheel, and the brake calipers are smaller. Because the rear tyres aren't connected to anything important tyre size isn't that important so you can make it look like there's more wheel by using a lower profile tyre as well. But other than that, all I can say is check out the offset guide that's stickied in the staff section.

Re: can we run a staggered wheel fitment on 4th gens??

I personally like the staggered setup... something different... one of my buddies has 15x8 & 15x9 on his 4th gen and stretches his tires to avoid rubbin'... ITS H0T!!!

Re: can we run a staggered wheel fitment on 4th gens??

it can be dont but our offset is not the best for that kind of setup... like gotjnco said you will have to stretch your tires to keep from rubbing and get your fenders rolled....

i got 15x8 with reverse offset and they meet the fender perfectly, the only problem now is that me lube looks like it has a lift kit on it.

Re: can we run a staggered wheel fitment on 4th gens??

^^ lol... yea i have 17" and i want to go 16" all the 4th genners who i chill say im 4x4 status... haha

we trying to run a crew for only 4th genners here in Cali...

Our motto... GO LOW OR GO HOME... haha

yea i got more pix... i'll ask him more about his tire size... but yea he definately stretches and he works for discount tires... so he gets hooked up haha...

i got other 4th genners that are super low as him... if you think your lude is low already... you should ride his man... its tyte!!!

Re: can we run a staggered wheel fitment on 4th gens??

couldnt u also just run like 15x7s with 195/45 or 205/50s and just run maybe a 1/2-3/4 aluminum spacer in the rears? i mean **** seems a lil easier than diff size wheels. plus u still have the option of rotating ur wheels to any side.
